On a plot diagram i need help i dont know sum stuff?

i have to do a plot diagram for a project but i dont know what point of view , inciting force are and i forgot which is which is protangnist good or bad?

Point of view = who's perspective the story is told from (1st person is in terms of "I", 2nd person is in terms of "you", and 3rd person is an omnicient narrator, looking from the outside)

Inciting force = Inciting means to stir up feelings or provoke action, so I think inciting force means who/what is causing everything to happen??

Protagonist = The hero / main character of the story (good)
