You need a distance somewhere. Work = Force * distance in the direction of movement.

Is the 12.6kg moving horizontally only? Is it moving on an angle relative to the Force? Is the Force being applied on an angle to the block, which moves horizontally?

The question isn't defined enough. Work isn't a function of time. Work isn't a function of how heavy the block moving is. Work is a function of Force applied and distance moved.
