right click anywhere on the desktop, go to properties. Go to the tab labeled screen saver, and select none as your screen saver.

Like they said, there are several methods of doing this, however you may want to think more about it before you do. Are you planning on leaving your computer on for long periods of time? If you are then you will want a screen saver. Still images on a computer screen, much like a plasma tv, will burn themselves into the screen. So if you plan to leave your computer on, and don't want to shell out money for a new monitor, i strongly recomend leaving your screensaver on. Set it to pop up after an hour or two and you should be fine.

ON the desktop just right click, go to properties then screensaver and you should be able to adjust whatever you'd like there. Hope this helps.

right click on ur desktop go to properties. go to screensaver then the drop down menu will come up.and go to the very top and choose None
