Well, most people are quite okay with all the races going on. But about some parts of US are racism. I personally think that the government is equal to races yes, but citizens sometimes get cocky and hate other races.

No but the only time when things are equal is in communist nations where anyone who is not in the party live in dire poverty. The Constitution nor the Bill of Rights guarantee's total equality.

I'm not sure which 'things' you mean but no, I don't, it's just human nature to favor one over the other and there will be no equity or justice until Jesus comes for His church and He is coming! So please be ready. :)
