Hey Ashkon probably it's the club rankings of the month. That's why you can explain Roma before Inter or Chelsea before Inter, coz they qualified for the quarters and Inter not. Same thing goes for Sevilla before Barcelona. They're playing in the Uefa cup etc
Anyway I don't agree with it, it isn't very realistic

Compare those rankings to these.....
maradona....believe it or not I kind of agree with you. Still, I have to tell you that North American sports writers are probably the most honest and objective, because they're not biased for their own country's teams. They know US teams are not among the most elite, and they will judge the rest of the world much more honestly than, say, an Italian, an English, or a Spanish sports writer. I put it up there for what it's worth, nothing more, nothing less. I thought maybe some Europeans might like to see a different perspective.
