Experience mainly - you learn from failure more than you do from easy sucess.

And in any event, even if you not succeed, you are one step closer to suceedling - assuming you leanr something each time it does not work.

Also, you don't end up thinking "if only I'd tried.... maybe...perhaps"

Because you'll never succeed if you don't try. Not to mention build character, learn, be productive, and growth as a human being.

Even if you do not succeed, at least you will not ever have to sit in your chair and declare I wished I had tryed that!"

every new experience gives you deeper insight into who you are and helps you realize that just buy trying you are already stronger than you thought. with every thing you risk if you have the courage to try anything it doesn't matter if it doesn't go the way you hoped because every little chance you take helps shape you into the person you are capable of becoming.

Good Question,

Thomas Edison will tell you something like...

"I haven't failed. I just found 1000 ways which it doesn't work."

and he got the light bulb :)

so in summary,

You can find out what doesn't work when you try and eventually you might find one which does due to trial and error :)

hope this helps!
