Medium high skillet, diced potatoes, a lb of burger and a bit of onion and a tbsp. of oil.
Sautee until done and enjoy, add a little salt and pepper and garlic to taste--and of course your trimmings.

The answer about hash being pollen is insane.for one thing the pollen is on the male plant and the resin is on the female plant.the pollen has no thc value whatsoever where the hash is brimming with thc value
Make oil instead. take all your stems trimmings.grind up a little .get a 1 1/2" x 18"
schedule 40 pvc tube.Get a 1 1/2" cap for one end.drill a small hole in the center of the cap.this end will be the top.turn the tube upside down,cap is on it.put stams leaf trimmings in to tube until full.rubber band a coffe filter over the open end.
take a glass microwave plate.set it down outside where there is lots of ventilation.
You nwill need 2-3 cans of butane. the kind for filling lighters.go to the local ciggarette or tobacco store and ask which of the brands they carry is the most refined.get that.do this before you get everything ready.
While holding the tube over the micro plate begin squirting the butane into the tube by pushing the nozzle into the 1/16" hole in the cap you drilled.Be patient in a minute or two a golden liquid will begin coming out of tube.
do not remove butane can for 30 seconds after it is empty.stick another can and when the liquid coming out turns clear.You are done.Whatever you do DO NOT SMOKE OR LET ANYBODY WALK UP SMOKING
or do this near an outside water heater with a pilot light.because for about ten minutes with all the butane floating around YOU ARE HOLDING ONE WICKED *** PIPE BOMB. take the plate and set it out of site and out of mind. In about a day the butane in the plate will evaporate and If done right YOU WILL HAVE THE BEST DAMN **** YOU EVER SMOKED. The stems and leaf will look like nothing was done to them.But the thc has been stripped clean leaving only the vegetative remains ,throw it away.I kid you not be very careful and do not dothis inside.

No. Hash is the resin and pollen of the plant, usually mixed with crushed flower tops.
