Epona on Majora's Mask?

I need to know how to get the horse in Majora's Mask! I need to know for a trick! Thanks!

I've heard of hacking the game, but the way you're supposed to do it is to beat the Snowhead Temple first. Then, after you beat it and it's spring again (you have to beat it *and* do this during the same 3 days btw!) go to the ledge in the Goron Village that was coved in ice and slide down; there's a huge Goron down there. If you come down in Goron form, he'll ask if you want to be able to use Powder Kegs.
Say yes and he'll give you a lit one, you have to carry this (without rolling!) all the way to that pond that used to be frozen. (But now it's not) You have to walk over the bridges, avoiding the monsters (im pretty sure you can just run past them, even as a Goron) or killing them, until you get over to where the path leads to the Mountain Village. Then turn right, toss the Keg up the ledge and roll up. Toss again, roll up again. When you get to the top, place the Keg by the boulder, turn back into Link, step back and shoot the Keg with an arrow. BOOM! No more boulder.
After that, go back to the giant Goron (put your Goron mask back on first) and he'll apologize for endangering you, and say you're certified to carry Powder Kegs now.
NOW, Song of Time back to the 1st day, get some rupees and buy a Powder Keg. You can get one from the giant Goron, but there's a Goron in the Bomb Shop in town that will sell you one cheaper. BUT, you can only get one if you're a Goron.
Now, go to Milk Road (near the path to the Southern Swamp) and place the Keg by the boulder. Change to Link, shoot it, blow it up. Path cleared! THIS HAS TO BE ON DAY ONE!!
On the ranch, you'll find your horse, but you can't have it yet. Talk to Romani, pop all the balloons, and she'll teach you Epona's song. Now you can call her anywhere!

Talk to Romani in Romani Ranch during the day and play this
game. The goal is to ride around the ranch and shoot all ten
balloons as fast as possible. If you get below a minute, and
it's the first day, you get Epona. My current record is
39.36 seconds. Try and beat that! DON'T E-MAIL ME YOUR
PERSONAL RECORDS. Not only do I not want to know, but it
also makes me feel like you're better than me when you're
