to all of you that say Kobe is the greatest of all time, might I point out that his 65-point game the other night only makes 3 times in his career he's ever scored 60-plus points in a game. That puts him in third all time. MJ did it 4 times. However, the almighty Wilt Chamberlain did it an astonishing 32 times in his career, including the historic 100 point game. Whatever anyone says from here on out makes no difference, even MJ did it 29 times less than Wilt, if that's not enough to make him the greatest scorer of all time, no one should be

Are you kidding me? Kobe doesn't even come close to comparing to WIlt. Let's see... WIlt scored over 50 pts in a game 45 times... IN ONE SEASON!!! That's more than any other has ever done in their entire career and he did it ONE SEASON!!!!! Let's say it again... ONE SEASON!!!!!!!! Add to that the fact that Wilt has 18 of the top 20 points scored for a single game and that nobody else makes the top twenty even twice. Finally throw this on the heap... he has more records on the books than any other player... probably any two players combined. The only record that he doesn't have that seems a bit odd is the total points for his career, but even there he comes in a solid second after Lew. Kobe... pfffffft!

I think it obviously has to be the player with the highest total in NBA history. Kareem Abdul Jabbar was pretty much an unstobbable force on the offensive side of the court. That little jump hook just simply not be stopped. If not him then Wilt Chamberlain, you havent seen anyone else score 100 points in a game have you?
