Could this problem be caused by a power cut I had yesterday? Either when the power went off or when it came back on again?

Have you tried right clicking on the 2 computers and scrolling down to 'repair'? Sometimes I have to do this 3 or 4 times before I can get online again....and if that doesn't work I unplug it from the modem, count to 30 and plug it back in....if that doesnt work, try repair again....then failing all else restart your computer and try connecting again. Sounds a mess I know but I always get back online from doing all those things....one of them will work! lol!

Lots of things could be causing this:

You have a virus - solution -> run a virus scan and rid the culprit

You're network cable is unplugged -> solution - plug it back in and restart your computer

You haven't paid your bill - solution -> pay your bill

I could go on but the list is way too long... please provide more details for a better diagnosis...

Try unplugging then plugging your ethernet cable - The two computers with the red X mean your cable is unplugged. Or nothing on the other end withpower or connectivity.
