Cause they saw what happened to Clinton when you lie under oath. If not under oath, its just lying. Under oath, its perjury.
This rhetoric about not issuing subpoena for Presidential advisers is a farce. If his advisers are telling him to commit illegal acts, I sure do want them being held accountable.

It is unconstitutional for Congress to subpoena the President's staff. No person would ever give the President any advice if they were hauled before Congress under oath at Congress's whim.
