Don't the Government should ban changing the clocks in November.?

Shouldnt we just stay on Daylight savings time for good?
Do you know how depressing the winter is no less than taking our daylight away and making it dark earlier!

The idea behind daylight saving time is to have people up and about when it's light out. That requires setting the clocks ahead in the spring and back in the fall, otherwise you lose daylight (at different ends)

Based on the earths rotation around the sun the winter would have less daylight if we don't change the clocks.
