I joined a website a few years ago and it was great then everyone new the owner, people got banned for doing the wrong thing but now its like he doesn't care, theres a lot of under 16's on it and its impossible to open someones profile with out seeing a erected penis or breasts popping up, theres racism and abusive from one end of the site to the other, and since he doesn't wanna give 2 shits about it, what can i at least do since its a under 18 website?
i have tried to email him to tell him he SHOULD at least do something about most of the pictures and he wont even reply.

THERE MIGHT BE SOME KIND OF AUTHORITY U CAN REPORT TO, BUT IM NOT SURE HOW TO FIND THEM :S
JUST AVOID IT IF U CANT FIND A WAY TO STOP THEM

thats tough because since the owner doesnt give a ****, nothin can be really done. if their is illegal material on it, you can report the site but that maybe possibly a little to extreme
