What is the pH of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda?
(The thing itself, not what pH it causes!!)

Not the whole answer. Look up the definition of what pH is. A chemical has to be ionized/ dissociated to have the pH measured. Easiest way, add water. You can get the pH of Coke because of the water's action on the organic acids and the CO2 disolved to make an acid solution.
