Ganymede is the largest moon in the solar system, larger in diameter than Mercury, but only half the mass (Ganymede is mostly water ice; Mercury is mostly metal and rock).

Titan is second largest, but still bigger than Mercury, and Callisto is the third largest, coming in just a bit smaller than Mercury.
