You could buy a body wash that has acne medication in it. There are body washes like Clean&Clear and also Neutorgena too has a body wash.

all zits come from either dirtiness or a virus
wash thoroughly more often, and use something a bit more abrasive to scrub it away
it may take time but you'll see improvements (and they will bleed when you first scrub them)
There are also strong anti-pimple drugs you can take; ask your doctor about that.

keep the area as clean as possible and use a medicated soap, such as Gamophen.it's really great for acne

Drink lots of water, wear looser bras, and use a mild cleanser to wash away dirt.
