I have black a '99 four-runner, and i want to spice it up. I am getting the windows tinted, and considering rims. How much do rims cost? or black rims?

Well It all depends on the "inch". If you are wanting really nice rims then you need about $1000! Maybe more depending on the size! Hope this helps!
