Well i am working in the KPO industries and we usually have the night shifts. i had completed my studies as specialised in Banking and Insurance. And i want to opt for further studies in MBA or CFA.
But i am bit confuse should i go for MBA or CFA. If for MBA whether correspondence is good or not or any other option from ur side which will work.
PLease suggest your suggestion will greatly appreciated.

u have not stated whether u r in night shift permanently,anyway i would suggest u to go for MBA by correspondence.u have lot of scope post MBA since u r already in banking and insurance.5 yrs from now u will be rocking!! al' de best.

I suggest u to go for MBA reguler course and choose Finance as the specalization. Some companies will not recognize the off-campus courcess.

I advice u to clear CAT and do MBA in IIM or in IBS,hyd by taking education loan.The u really have a great future.
