My girlfriend has trouble fallin asleep at night

get like the sleeping aid pills like tynenol or something.... just go to a friggin drugstore and buy one

take Nyquil or see the doctor in case u have a sleeping disorder. i have also heard that if u cant sleep u should walk into a different dark room for about five minutes and sit down and then go back to your room and go to sleep. maybe also try one of those mask things.

I would suggest Melatonin you can buy this at any drug store, Wal*mart, GNC etc. This is all natural any really works.

This is the same thing that is in turkey that makes you drowsy.

It is cheap, around $4.00. I take it nightly. Take it 30 minutes before bed and sweet dreams.

Best of all it's all natural!

I can't just fall asleep either. I have to do puzzles to make my mind not worry or think on other things. It makes me tired and I can sleep!

OK the baseball comment was really funny. But what always works for me is reading. I'm an avid reader so any kind of book works well. or solitaire.

occasional use of Tylenol PM is helpful , need to see Dr. if this is a chronic problem

have her go to a doctor maybe they will prescribe her ambien or something for sleeping
