Yes, I would imagine so, especially if the headache is a symptom (usually is), of a potentially fatal condition like an aneurysm or stroke.

yes, it develops a disease.. I forgot the name, and in some cases, the blood vain in your head doesn't plump blood anymore and it leads to death.
