For the parallel resistances

1/R = 1/3.9 + 1/7.7 + 1/10.5

R = 2.1 Ohm

For the current delivered by the battery, use V = IR, where R is the equivalent resistance

I = V/R = 24/2.1 = 11.6 A

This is the current delivered by the battery, it is not the current flowing through each resistor, but is the sum of the currents flowing through each of the resistors.
