The hundreds of extra-judicial assassinations in the provinces, as well?

Government funded Bolivarian Circles beating up people who try to organize against Chavez, too, No?

I was in Venezuela last year and was surprised to find out that the Chavez government is not repressive. Many people openly critize the current administration and did not show any fear of doing so. I don't particularly like Chavez, but he, unlike many others, was elected by the Venezuelans...
