You aren't going to find a lender that will give you a mortgage with no job, bad credit, and no money.

I do this for a living and I specialize in bad credit mortgages. I don't know any lenders that will do a loan with really no reason. Maybe FHA will be a good option but I'm pretty sure you need to have employment.

Places "like that" usually approve people with very high interest mortgage rates. Places "like that" are currently doing very bad and filling for bankruptcies due to high amounts of foreclosures. People are being approve left and right for mortgages they cant afford. Lenders have hit a low when it comes to mortgages. There being more cautious about who they lend money to now.

I suggest you go to your county or city main webpage. Search there site for "Housing Assistance" or "First time Home Buyers Assistance" or something like that. Many cities will help you purchase a home. There are a ton of organizations who will be willing to lend or give you money even if you have bad credit or low income. These agencies are legit and are sponsored by communities, large corps, etc. The best interest of these organizations is that you live and stay in there city.

In my city, the city is willing to give you about $60-$100,000 for the purchase of a new home.
