That would be 4:35 am in Michigan on January 28, 1993(unless you live in the western part of the upper peninsula, in that case it would be 3:35 am).
Most of Michigan is 9-10 hours behind Pakistan, depending on whether it's Daylight Savings Time or not.

they don't teach math where you live? what is michigan standard time? US has 4 time zones, Daylight Savings and leap year. ask the guy that wanted to know how long it takes to ride a camel from Arizona to east Texas. (when you talk to him, tell him to bring his own camel, we don't have many here.)
