I did I.B. at highschool, but that was at the American School of Paris. I found out later that it would have been easier (and considered just about the same by colleges) if I had done AP.

Its difficult and if you like to be pushed then do it. If your college counselor is promoting it I would make sure that it will benefit you in the college selection process. My college counselor promoted it but It only made her and the school look good, didn't benefit me at all.

I did I.B. high Phys/Chem/Math I.B. sub engl/french/econ and it was a helluva hard time. Be sure that it is worth it =.

i am personally not, but i have a niece who will probably get in to a I.B. high school. its supposed to be a very competitive program and most colleges accep I.b. credits

I am full IB Diploma at Beaverton high school and it is hard

no but i qualify for it. i wanted to stay with my friends and i didnt want the extra work load.
