If a ball is served, hits the front wall, but hits the crotch of the side wall and floor, and veers unpredictably, is that a legal serve?

Also, if I'm stationary for a while (5 seconds+) and the ball lands behind him, is it his responsibility to move?
(I'm NOT going to look back obviously)
I've read the rules in many sites, but not convinced that this is my fault because the opponents has had much time to plan a clear shot around me.

PLEASE - no opinions, just fact!

If you're a professional player, by all means feel free to respond with anything you wish to say :)

(1) As long as the ball hit the front wall, then no more than one wall, and hit the ground past the serving line and before the back wall / back line, the serve is legal.

(2) You are probably ok in terms of your positioning, unless the ball is pretty close to you and you are obstructing a reasonable straight shot. It's really more about where the ball ends up and where you are, verses where you were stationed throughout the shot. If you are in the path of a straight shot, and the only opportunity your opponent has is to hit it way around you, I would call it a hinder and replay the point.
