The fact that I'm still alive, at all. I've managed to make it through 44 years on Earth and, despite literally thousands of mistakes, error in judgment, bad decisions, chances taken, battles lost, dreams shattered, overtures rejected, admissions of love either outright thrown back at me, or sometimes just ignored, I'm still here. I stand here, a living testament to the endurance of the human animal and it's ability and willingness to survive, in spite of it's own stupid self.
Not just that, but relatively happy, to boot. I'd have to say that I'm probably 500% happier then most people I know. The chances taken were all worth it, and the mistakes have been glorious, and even now I have the feeling that I've been too conservative, and have played it far too safe, and really need to go way out on a shaky limb, just for the delicious experience of it, and damn the consequences.

Hmmmm...this may not make much sense, but if I'm proud of anything, it's the way I try to go out of my way to 'try' to be nice to other people...moving out of the way, keeping quiet as much as I can, just doing my job and not bothering anyone else unless I need help, etc..

I wouldn't call it proud,
I call it what should be expected of anybody....
I am a true blue , responsible, caring, step up to the plate for whomever needs me....
whatever the situation...I like to be the fixer, problem solver for all..( I struggle for myself...lol )

Pride is the attribute of ALLAH (God), for us it is a gift , and we are tested by HIM with this gift for life hereafter. The correct word is Blessing. One should be thankful to HIM.

being from a familiy who dropout of school, and me having siblings who already dropedo out i feel proud that i made it into one of the top high schools in my state!!
