like he always passes beside me. one day i catch him seeing me and i turn to see what he was doing and he turn his eyes fast so i wouldn't catch him but i did. usually guys like skinny girls and one day he said he like not fat girls but like chunky or slim.

First of all ask yourself why is it important to YOU to know what he thinks? Do you like him and think he is cute?
If you said yes, then the best way to find out is to go up to him, tell him how you feel, then ask him if he likes you as well.
You can never go wrong with the truth and if he is truly a friend, he will still be your friend, even if he isn't ready to have a good woman like yourself.

Life is too short to waste time wondering whether or not someone thinks you're cute or not.
If he has no courage, has no ability to approach you, has no intention other to be rude and stare... Then he's not someone you want to be interested in.

could be, or probably thinking about having sex with you, or how ugly you are and he can't believe you and him are friends.
