I want to skip lunch and give up 2 hours of pay in order to get off arount 3pm. I am in an office. When I interviewed for this job it was supposed to be for full time, 8 hrs. But now I just want 6 hrs. What is the best way to propose this?

Discuss this situation with the supervisor or manager. Check to see of you are an exempt or non-exempt employee in regards to the labor laws. You may encounter difficulty if you are exempt.
