removed from his place as being president?Always wondered why.

I think because he was "elected" in a controversial win where the deciding votes were cast and people in higher positions of power were able to vote him in as president.. .he did not get the majority vote... his opponent, general Andrew Jackson... was angered by this and started a poll to have him removed from office.. claiming that he was awarded the position in an unfair manor...

I really don't understand the question but when he was President he served in new york city until the white house was built and moved in there at the end of his term.
