Ok I'm 14 years old and i just transitioned from 8th to 9th grade going to a completely new school (Catholic to Just plain out Private), and I was really excited because of all the stories about how my brother and sister said It was so much fun.
Well, right now its the complete opposite for me.
I'm 14 and im probably one of the youngest guys in my grade, but for some reason I'm a bit more mature then most of them. Most of the guys are not very bright and are immature, and i almost feel like i have to be stupid for them to like me... but i dont want to change my personality for them...I also have this knack for always getting tons of girl-friends. All the girls in my class constantly talk about me, and even made a fan club for me on facebook. But i dont want to have all girl friends... I want to have guy friends to hang out with... i get completely bored on weekend and on school breaks. Im really sick of it, i get depressed sometimes as well. They call me "gay" and stuff. What do i do?

A friend of mine has almost the same problem. He's smart and mature, and therefore has mostly girl friends (and I mean friends who are girls...although he ALSO gets a lot of girlfriends :P) He says guys are stupid and he prefers to hang out with the girls anyway (no he's not gay lol). So chances are, if all the guys are stupid and immature you're not missing out on much anyway. I understand it must suck for the times when you wanna do guy stuff, but maybe try to find some of your girl friends to do the guy stuff with, cause a lot of the time girls can be just as guy-ish as real guys if given the chance :P
The guys at your school are definitely just jealous of the attention you get from the girls, but hang in there, and don't change or act like an idiot just to hang with the guys, it's not worth it. Just ride it out and in a few years the guys will mature (well most will...some will stay immature forever :P)

They are jealous, same thing happened in my high school, new guys rolls in, all the girls like him, which means all the guys hate him.
First question them as to their reasoning for call you gay when you have all the girls wanting you.
Second, just hang in there, you'll find some cool people, middle school/high school sucks for everyone.

Ignore the pathetic haters. They always do that because it's much easier to try to drag someone down to their piss poor pathetic level instead of trying to improve their own lot in life.
People will always be jealous of something they don't have. Ignore them and live your own life instead of trying to appease others.

Step away from the girls. I'm not a guy, but you should stay away from girls for now and see how the guys react.
