I have seen these fish called Synodontis Network - perhaps like other fish it has a few names.

these do not really have a 'common name'
you will find them in pet shops described as it is in the picture, a synodontis species.
this is mainly because there are quite a few of them that look identical but have differences not noticable by the human eye.
they usually make excellent tank mates, peaceful.

Porker-Dot high-finned Catfish.
It's certainly not a pletco. But if I'm not wrong, this fish may swim up-side down..

looks like a type of catfish they like to eat other small fish i had 2 they look stunning with tiger barbs and a pleck
