Does Cingular Charge for the use of bluetooth?

Does Cingular charge for the use of bluetooth? not for using the earpiece but for sending a recieving pictures videos and ringtones from bluetooth phone to bluetooth phone,

No...because bluetooth is on your actual phone reguardless of which service you have. it doesn't cost at all to use it. its a lot better than sending picture messages!

Bluetooth works even if your plan is gone, its the phone that counts, not your service...

No, they do not. I've been using it for a long time, there is no charge for it!
