Okay, well, first off, I'm a teenager. I look pretty mature for my age. I can do a pretty good Britist/English accent, and I'm halfway decent at other accents as well (such as Mexican or French). I just love acting. Family and friends are always saying I should get into it. I live in New York, and I was just wondering if anyone knew good ways to get acting jobs. I know I should start doing small things (such as school plays) and such, but other than that. I mean, I've looked online and stuff..

They always look for extras in magazines and newpapers. Try a magazine called Variety and don't underestimate those low paying gigs and doing school plays and community theatre. Every experience counts.
