for example lets say you have a dvd movie and you want to save it in your windows media player libery how do you do that?

There are no easy ways to do this. If you can, open the CD drive folder on your computer (make sure you do "Right Click>Explore") and do a copy/paste of the DVD file into the desired computer.

This is the only way I have known to do this, so there might be better answers then mine.

In your documents there will be two folder my music and my videos, the libery works from those folders unless told other wise, so just save it in there but you must remember to set the player up to accept all formats or your dvd might not work

Go to media player and click on the Library tab. Then at the bottom left corner there shud be a button "Add Music/data" click that and then browse for your movie.

Open media player and go to File --> Add to Library

Or simply press the F3 key when the player is open

and add your files to the library..

save the file in your documents

my music
or my video


folder

then open windows media player
you will see the tabs file view play tools help

click file
then click

add to library
browser to where you have the folder
click open


thats one way

to do it
