I'm thinking of building a large aquarium will all of those in it I'm worried that the dwarf frogs will get eaten or the orchid will poison some thing. the poison dart frogs will be the kind sold in pet stores so they wont be poisonous.

there will be a small pond in the bottom of the aquarium for the dwarf frogs

African dwarf frogs are tiny and completly aquatic. They don't go in this mix at all!

Unless you have a large pond in a 55 gal. or more, you should get rid of the notion of african dwaf frogs. Try gulf coast or fire belly toads

Sure - if you have a larger enough habitat like an acre or so.
In a small aquarium, no way Jose!
