The software said that in order to renew my subscription, I would have to pay 50 bucks for the software. WELL, lets just say, I don't want to have to pay that much. I was wondering if there was any free internet anti-virus software out there that I could download.

delete it and download AVG very good product and it's free

You can always delete the current AV that you have and download AVG which is free.... here's the link to there web site

You may download AVG Free edition for your antivirus but you don't have any tech support with it.

sell your computer and buy a flipping mac! they cant get viruses so you never have to worry about viruses or firewall or any of that crap!
