That's easy........

OpenBSD OS has Apache as it's part of it's base it comes with PF Firewall (if you know Unix you configure your rule set) kicks ***.

If you want to protect your server I'd recommend OpenBSD it's super secure!

Well you are already setup with IPTables so you can use them. But if it were me I would install something like
http://www.ispconfig.org/ which includes a firewall spam filter etc and allows easy setup of additional domains..
