i was surrounded around it and 1 bull was tame enough to come so close to me. when i looked closer there was number 7 written on the forehead of that bull. what does that mean>?

Black symbolises many things, although I suspect it is more to do with hidden spirituality and divine qualities in this respect. The bull is a symbol of stubborness, strong will, power and strength, so this would seem to suggest a strong or powerful spiritual energy is surrounding you.
