What are some good stores that you can buy REALLY good looking tops (cheap) other than Charlotte Russe, Pac Sun, JCPenney, Target, Sears, etc. Can someone help me? well..there's hollister, american eagle, forever 21, abercrombie and fitch, aeropastel, GAP, kohl's, old navy, banana republic, ross..the list goes on and on. if by chance you're looking for accesories, then foreverlove is the best store to go to..they have the best handbands and earrings and stuff like that.

those shorts are cute...and you can pretty much wear anything with them...if you're looking for a brand...then try hollister, abercrombie, ae...but if you just want something cute...then try aeropostale because they have a lot of cute clothing w/o their brand name on it...also forever 21, rue 21, and wet seal (they're usually really cheap and have really cute tops!)

yeah jcpennys no that's a no no never lol the rest are okay Marshall's is okay i guess i like their new commercial it's cute lol try Delia's, alloy, wet seal, rue21, kohls, macy's, go jane, mandess, tj maxx, forever21 and that's all i know I'm not a fan of cheap stores.....well i hope that answered your question
