my fiance ex wife is being investigated by child protection services b/c she had beat her daughter and kicked her son also she had stabbed her boyfriend by accident so she says,well child protection will be talking to the kids monday. well she says she has papers on me saying that i spanked my kids to hard..didfferent kids not her 2,and i am not abusive at all her kids are 12 and 13 and they love me to death,would child protection try to keep me out of the house hold????

to me its only her words - I would think you need more proof of what she is stating

sounds like she is jealous - stay away from her

get a order out on her - is she sane

over here in australia - it is NOW against the law to touch your child - no slaps no nothing and they wonder why teenagers these days are running rampant and violent towards the elderly

she could be handing you a line of b.s. do you feel you should worry? could she have something on you? if not then quit worrying. child protection could ask you to leave the house for other reasons as well.

no i dont think so if they kids are old enough to confess over your actions and if everything they said is true then dont worry, on the other hand be careful of thay ex-wife she can be a total cereal killer.

I think that cps would of already knocked on your door a while ago if that was case. She is just trying to bully you.

i have no idea. would depend on the situation. they would only keep you out of the house if there was good reason.
