Well, I don't think (and hope) it's not still on, but my vote is for Barney. Scary, annoying, pointless.
For current shows - Teletubbies. Again, annoying, pointless, scary. (Not scary like an Alfred Hickcock movie - scary that it ever made it on TV and that people watch it. Scary in that this is what the next generation is watching.)

Telletubbies is heaven compared to Spongebob... All the time "Aye-yie-yie-yie-aye-yie-yie-yie" that annoying laugh. Second would probably be the Fairly Odd Parents...The shrill retarded sound of Cosmo and Timmy makes me want to barf.
