Hi, i would like to make my own website, but my catch is that i want to host very large files (700mb -1 gig) on my site itself, or through links to another site. I will need unlimited bandwidth for the hosting site, and i don't mind having to pay for it.

Well its not that i just want a couple files hosted, i want like hundreds of 1 gig files to be hosted and be able to be downloaded at high speeds.Thats why i need unlimited bandwidth as well.

NO HOST WILL EVER GIVE YOU UNLIMITED SPACE AND BANDWIDTH. They say they will - but read the fine print. They will shut you off saying you "use too much server resources"
Thus said - the BEST option that you have is to lease a dedicated server! Those are not particularly large files. Most hosts can readily accommodate what you need. Just google "web hosting".
