Well it depends on where they are. If they're outside playing ball or hanging out the shouldn't have to wear a shirt if they don't want. I don't think women should go topless for obvious reasons. Plus it would cause too many distractions and even more harrassment.

We should be allowed to vote on who could go topless. Too many creepy men should keep those shirts on.
My vote is that women should NOT go topless.

It really doesn't matter to me.I just turn my head, if I don't want to see a man without his shirt on.Now with women it's different,they pay a woman to go topless.Look at all the strip clubs we have here in the USA.

Men are allowed to go topless since there is nothing attractive about manboobs. Similarly, there are no fashionable men's shoes because manfeet are ugly fugly. Women have sexy feet and sexy boobs.

I think as long as someone isnt gross looking they should be allowed to have their shirt off whether they are a man or a woman
