What method do u use to remember people's names? I have a very hard time to remember people's names and sometimes I feel very bad when they remember mines and I forget their's.

the best way is to attach it to someone else with that name....someone you know or a movie star.... or rhyme it with something....or put a picture with it in your brain........
example:....if their name is tara....think sahara and it will help ya remember.......it's called "chunking and mnuemonics"
you can also repeat it a few times.....hi tara ..it's nice to meet you tara.....where do you live tara?

I'm always in the exact same situation as you. If it's only 2 or 3 years until you see them again, pictures work for me (even if they get a lot of piercings, the shape of their face and facial features generally won't change).

After you are introduced use their name a couple of times immediately when talking to them. Also try to think of a friend with the same name.
