No the only thing a passenger can be held responsible for is the wearing of a seat belt.

there isnt a fine but if they admit to knowing you dont have a liscence insurance they can get point on theres and a fine (even if they dont have a lisence when they do get one it will be on there but points are only in extreme circumstances). if they dont admit to knowing then they are ok. i found this out when my husband decided to buy a car when he was disqualified n i tried to cover him by sayin i bought the car and asked him to drive me to the shops as i couldnt drive n shops were closin soon. i kinda also implied that i new he was disqualified as it came up on the pnc that he had been disqualified twice.

Fine for what? driving without license? sure no.But if police found drug inside the car then the passenger will have trouble.

if the driver/owner is so irresponsible to have these legal requirements then they are likely to be just as irresponsible a driver.....take care and live longer
