It just started about two days ago, no changes in the location, etc, and nothing on the monitor menu screen seems to do anything.

Change your screen refresh rate. Go to control panel, display, the settings tab, then click the advanced button. A window will pop up. Click the monitor tab, then select a higher refresh rate (measured in Hertz [Hz]), such as 60 of 75 Hz. That should help.

Maybe you need to adjust your rabbit ears? Actually, it could be going out. Check the V hold.

When my cell phone is on it makes the computer speakers buzz and pop. Other than that make sure you don't have magnets close to it.

Mine does it sometimes when I have my cell phone near it and it starts to ring.

fix you monitor it is hard problem .call man to fix it .
