yOOU PLUG IT IN TO YOUR COMPUTER WITH UR usb cORD then itunes will pop up if the ipod is plugged in right. then when you open itunes you can go to ipod updater then you update your ipod to an empty playlist or in my computer you can go to the start menu and go to programs then go to ipod and it will give you a choice whether you wnt to restore it to factory settings or find new software. well you have to update it to factory settings then it will delete everything that is stored un the ipod

open up the software on ur computer . which is itunes. find the category with the song. then simply drag the song out or delete it with the keyboard button delte

go on itunes right click and press delete or or there is a delete button on ur keyboard so click the music on itunes and make sure it is highlighted.... then press the delete button and there u go

-click on song you wishh to delete.
- Press the delete button on your keyboard. ( Located near backspace)
-then click ok!
Make sure to click file and then update Ipod

go get a program called xplay 2.2. it intergrates itself into your windows system allowing you to just drag and drop music onto your ipod. I use it and it works GREAT!
