Anybody here ever use the Dunknow vertical jump program? Was it good, worth the money, and had serious effects on your jumping ability? I'm just wondering.

i worked well for me now i can jump higher and longer but there isn't a success story for everyone i would say it was a little expense but in the long run me made me a better baller so buy/'/
