how can i prove to my ex girlfriend that i promise to change the things we have been talking about? she is moving out on saturday and i dont want her to. i would rather her come back. she says that i am just promising this stuff because i want to get back with her. is there anything i can do? we have been together for 2 1.5 years and she says she stopped loving me back in january

Let her move out. Change all those things you promised if you really mean to change and think that you need to change. If you really don't want to change or don't think you need to change, stand your ground and let her go. If you really do need to change, stick to your promise even after she has moved out. You will need to earn her trust over time. Stop talking and start doing. It sounds like your promises have been empty in the past.
